Environmental Performance
Approach: We aim to promote sustainable practices throughout the entire supply chain, generating a commitment to mitigate environmental impacts, strengthening the efficient use of natural resources, and working hand in hand with our stakeholders to contribute to the sustainability of the planet.

production plants.
We treat wastewater In 100% of our production plants.
We have two solar farms that supply 50% of the total electricity demand of the company.
We have water-saving and efficient water usage programs, as well as strengthening our organizational culture by raising awareness and promoting greater consciousness among our employees about the importance of water conservation.
We work with cleaner fuels in our manufacturing operation. 92% of our operation utilizes cleaner fossil fuels such as natural gas.
We measure the carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and 3). We report our management through the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). Additionally, we align with frameworks such as the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures.
Our packaging strategy focuses on 4 pillars: Reduce, recycle, use recycled material, and reuse.

Fomento de Competitividad
Approach: Fostering competitiveness and having the best relationships with our suppliers is a constant objective to achieve mutual growth and contribute to the progress of the territories where we are present.
Main Initiatives:
Big Brother Program: We transfer best practices to our suppliers through a mentoring program. So far, 100 companies have participated. Our goal in 2024 is to include our agricultural suppliers.
Supplier Certification Program: Currently, we have 71 certified suppliers. Our goal is to develop some suppliers in food safety.
We evaluate the environmental and social impact of suppliers: Through the System B tool, we have assessed over 400 suppliers since the program began. Our goal is to assess an additional 250 suppliers.
We provide training opportunities to our allies through the Colombina Corporate University.

Approach: Our human talent is the engine of the organization and the fundamental piece to fulfill our purpose of creating delicious flavors for a lifetime; for this reason, we develop different strategies aimed at promoting a culture of inclusion, impacting their quality of life and that of their families, and making available to them programs and initiatives that strengthen their professional development.
Main Initiatives:
Home Acquisition: We accompany and advise our employees in the process of acquiring housing. In the last few years, 1,635 individuals have acquired their own homes.
We assist in the transition through our program "Pays" (Pensioned, Accompanied, and Insured), supporting those nearing retirement.
Health promotion: We have programs for promoting the health of our employees, including accident prevention and occupational illness prevention.
Colombina Corporate University: We have the Corporate University, where our employees find a wide range of training opportunities that allow them to learn, expand, and/or reinforce their knowledge in various areas, enriching their roles and enhancing the organizational competitiveness curve.
Participation Mechanisms: We promote participation mechanisms for the continuous strengthening of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Workplace Health and Safety Training: We train our employees in all aspects covered by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Gender Equity: For the second time, we achieved the Gold Seal Recertification from Equipares, becoming the first company to obtain the maximum rating of 100/100 in meeting the requirements in the history of the seal in Colombia.

Colombina Markets: We have 76 proprietary points of sale, with 73 in Colombia and 3 in Guatemala.
Wide distribution network that allows us to reach over 750,000 customers worldwide.
Partnership with digital platforms like Rappi for e-commerce development.
Rall-e Sales Marketplace: We've developed a marketplace aimed at enhancing store competitiveness by reducing stockouts, optimizing time, and increasing traffic to maximize business profitability.
Constant innovation in our communication with customers and consumers, driving our digital transformation process towards excellent service experiences.
A diverse and extensive product portfolio, engaging in 18 food categories.
Clean & Clear Initiative: We continuously evolve our portfolio to offer consumers products with positive social impact: reducing critical nutrient content, eliminating artificial additives, and adding positive nutrients.

Approach: Achieving economic efficiency and sustainable growth is the basis of our corporate strategy. We have a clear objective of maximizing profitability, while maintaining ethical and transparent business behavior and managing internal and external risks to maximize opportunities
Main Initiatives:
Financial Results: We continuously monitor financial results to achieve profitability objectives.
Sustainable Financing: We secured the first long-term sustainable loan in Colombia granted by BBVA. This transaction was the first formalized under the Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles for a food and beverage company in Latin America.
Legal Compliance: We ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and best practices of corporate governance.
Responsible Conduct Code: We ensure compliance with our Responsible Conduct Code.
Corporate Policies: We regularly update and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Corporate Governance Report: We structure and annually report the Corporate Governance Report where we outline our progress in this area.
We identify the risks associated with activities derived from our operations, assess them, implement more effective controls, monitor the actions taken to mitigate them, and ultimately reduce the probability of occurrence and impact, as well as manage these risks.
