Environmental Performance
Approach: We aim to promote sustainable practices throughout the entire supply chain, generating a commitment to mitigate environmental impacts, strengthening the efficient use of natural resources, and working hand in hand with our stakeholders to contribute to the sustainability of the planet.
Main Initiatives:
We have waste management programs in place and we handle them comprehensively through reduction, reuse, and proper utilization. As a result, we have two certified Zero Waste production plants.
We treat wastewater In 100% of our production plants.
We have two solar farms They supply 50% of the total electricity for the company.
We have efficient water use programs as well as strengthening our organizational culture by raising awareness among our employees and promoting greater consciousness about the conservation of this resource.

We work with cleaner fuels in our manufacturing operation 94% of our operation works with cleaner fossil fuels such as natural gas.
We measure our carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2, and 3). We report our management efforts to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). Additionally, we align ourselves with frameworks such as the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures.
Our packaging strategy focuses on three pillars: reducing the tons placed in the market, reusing our packaging, and recycling.

Fomento de Competitividad
Approach: Fostering competitiveness and having the best relationships with our suppliers is a constant objective to achieve mutual growth and contribute to the progress of the territories where we are present.
Main Initiatives:
Big Brother Program: We transfer good practices to our suppliers through a sponsorship program. So far, 63 companies have participated. Our goal is to reach 90 suppliers by 2023.
Supplier Certification Program: Currently, we have 59 certified suppliers and our goal is to certify 68 of them by 2023.
We evaluate the environmental and social impact through the Sistema B tool. We have evaluated over 230 suppliers on social and environmental issues. Our goal is to reach 350 suppliers by 2023.
We provide training opportunities to our allies through the Colombina Corporate University.
We acquire technological platforms that allow us to ensure efficiency and transparency in the execution of processes with our value chain.

We have a Quality Management System through which we constantly manage, measure, and control the quality of our products, as well as ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

Approach: Our human talent is the engine of the organization and the fundamental piece to fulfill our purpose of creating delicious flavors for a lifetime; for this reason, we develop different strategies aimed at promoting a culture of inclusion, impacting their quality of life and that of their families, and making available to them programs and initiatives that strengthen their professional development.
Main Initiatives:
Homeownership acquisition: We have support programs for homeownership acquisition. In recent years, 1,500 employees have acquired their own homes thanks to these programs.

Transition support: Through our Pays program (Retired, Accompanied, and Secure), we support the transition of those who are approaching retirement.
Health promotion: We have programs for promoting the health of our employees (prevention of accidents and occupational diseases).
Colombina Corporate University: We have the Corporate University, where our employees find a wide range of training courses that allow them to learn, expand and/or reinforce their knowledge in various topics that enrich their role and elevate the organizational competitiveness curve.
Participation mechanisms: We promote participation mechanisms for the continuous strengthening of the Health and Safety Management System at work.
Health and Safety at Work Training: We train our employees on all aspects covered by the Health and Safety Management System at work.
Gender equality: Since 2014, we have implemented the Gender Equality Management System.

Approach: In order to remain competitive in a changing environment with strict regulations in health and nutrition, we have focused in recent years on a strategy to evolve the nutritional profile of our portfolio, seeking to continue offering our consumers reliable and better products every day.
Main Initiatives:
Markets Colombina:We have 75 own sales points in Colombia: Colombina Markets.

Extensive distribution network: Our network allows us to reach more than 750,000 customers worldwide.
Alliance with digital platforms: We have partnered with digital platforms like Rappi for e-commerce development.
Rall-e Ventas Marketplace: We have developed a marketplace that seeks to improve the competitiveness of stores, allowing them to reduce stockouts, optimize their time, and increase traffic to make their business profitable.
Constant innovation in our communication to customers and consumers: This has led us to develop a digital transformation process aimed at providing an excellent service experience.
Diverse product portfolio: We participate in 18 food categories with our wide and diverse product portfolio.
Clean & Clear: We constantly evolve our portfolio to offer our consumers products with a positive social impact, reducing critical nutrient content, eliminating artificial additives, and adding positive nutrients.
Transparency in communication: Our packaging contains clear and transparent information that allows consumers to make informed decisions.

Economic Efficiency and On-going Growth
Approach: Achieving economic efficiency and sustainable growth is the basis of our corporate strategy. We have a clear objective of maximizing profitability, while maintaining ethical and transparent business behavior and managing internal and external risks to maximize opportunities
Main Initiatives:
Financial results: We carry out permanent monitoring of financial results to achieve profitability objectives.
Sustainable financing: We obtained the first long-term sustainable loan in Colombia granted by BBVA. This operation was the first formalized under the 'Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles' for a food and beverage company in Latin America.
Legal compliance: We ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and good corporate governance practices.
Responsible Conduct Code: We ensure compliance with our Responsible Conduct Code.
Corporate policies: We update and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Corporate Governance Report: We structure and report annually on the Corporate Governance Report where we share our progress in this area.
We identify the risks associated with the activities derived from our operations, their assessment, the implementation of more effective controls, the monitoring of actions taken to mitigate them, to reduce the probability of occurrence, impact, and manage these risks.
